Ingredients :

5 pcs Dasoni Busan Eomuk
5 Skewers/Chopsticks
1000 ml Palm Oil
20 ml Tomato Sauce

How to make :

1. Prepare Dasoni Busan eomuk as much as 5 pcs/sheet
2. Prepare skewers as much as 5 pcs.
3. Then fold the eomuk and stick it on a skewer
4. Prepare Teflon , turn on the fire using medium heat
5. Put the palm oil into the Teflon until the eomuk is immersed in the oil
6. Heat the oil to a temperature of 150 C
7. Add the folded and stabbed eomuk into the hot oil
8. Cook until the eomuk is brown (dark brown), cooking time 5 minutes
9. Remove and drain the eomuk
10. Eomuk is ready to be served with additional tomato sauce on top

Ingredients :

6 pcs Dasoni Busan Eomuk
6 Skewers/Chopsticks
600 ml Palm Oil
15 ml Tomato Sauce
200 grams Bread Flour
45 grams Wheat Flour
2.5 gram Salt

How to make :

1. Prepare Dasoni Busan eomuk as much as 5 pcs/sheet
2. Prepare skewers as much as 5 pcs.
3. Fold the eomuk into 2 parts then stick it
4. Prepare the wheat flour 10 tablespoons mixed with 8 tablespoons of water until the dough is thick
5. Then add ½ teaspoon of salt
6. Prepare 160 grams of bread flour or around 20 tablespoons into a small tray
7. The next step is the folded and stabbed eomuk, put it into the flour mixture and then coat it in the bread crumbs until evenly distributed
8. Store in the fridge (freezer) for about 5 minutes
9. Prepare Teflon and turn on medium heat
10. Add 1 liter of oil until the eomuk sinks in the oil
11. Heat the oil to a temperature of 150 C
12. Fry the eomuk crispy until browned for about 8 minutes
13. Drain the eomuk then serve with tomato sauce

Ingredients :

2 pcs Dasoni Busan Eomuk
1 bowl White Rice
1 stalk Green Onion
1 clove Garlic
1 clove Red Onion
6 red chilies and Greens
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Oyster sauce
1 teaspoon Sweet soy sauce
1 teaspoon Salty soy sauce
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Flavoring tea
2 tablespoons Palm Oil

How to make :

1. Prepare Eomuk as much as 2 pcs then cut into small rectangular pieces
2. Cut shallots, white onions. Scallions and chili according to taste
3. Turn on medium heat
4. Put 2 tablespoons of oil into the Teflon
5. Heat the oil for 3 minutes
6. The first step is to stir-fry the eomuk until it is brownish in color about 3-5 minutes
7. Both add the shallots and garlic sauté until it smells good for about 1 minute
8. Add 1 egg and then scramble
9. Add the spring onions, sauté for about 30 seconds
10. Put 250 gr of rice into the Teflon
11. Add seasoning salt, flavoring, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sweet soy sauce into Teflon
12. Cook for about 10 minutes
13. Correct the taste if it's just right then just serve it
14. Eomuk fried rice is ready to be served with fried eggs

3 eggs

1 green chili pepper
1 red chili pepper
2 tablespoons of Sambal Sauce
2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise
50 ml of Palm Oil

How to make :

1. Prepare Dasoni busan eomuk 2 pieces/pcs, cut the eomuk lengthwise about 0.5 cm
2. Cut the chili into pieces according to taste
3. Prepare a large bowl and add 3 eggs into it bowl
